International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened perfumes.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at essenceofoud@outlook.com for return instructions.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
